What are you going to do?
- We are looking for a Team Leader Manufacturing to support production operations.
- In this role, you will lead a team of operators, ensure daily production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- You will work closely with Production, Planning, Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations across the site.
- Your main tasks will be:- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of approximately 11 operators;- Ensuring sufficient staffing levels for all shifts;- Coordinating and arranging temporary agency workers when required;- Conducting daily production floor and warehouse walk-throughs;- Monitoring safety, quality, and operational performance;- Participating in production and workforce planning meetings;- Coordinating actions related to maintenance, staffing, and production priorities;- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department;- Processing and closing production orders in SAP;- Acting as a role model for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence;- Managing team performance and supporting employee development.
