Core responsibilities - Own monthly/quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, costs, and profitability drivers.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and source systems.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Improve processes, controls, and automation within reporting and planning cycles.
- Coordinate with accounting/finance teams to align management and statutory views.
Required skills and qualifications
- Management control/FP&A expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Stakeholder management and clear communication with non-finance partners.
- Tools proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting/BI systems; ability to improve data workflows.
- Process mindset to standardize, document, and continuously improve controls and reporting.
