As Head Chef, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to take the kitchen to the next level
- You'll take overall responsibility for the kitchen and be part of the management team;
- You'll lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team, creating a positive and enjoyable working environment;
- You'll develop creative, seasonal menus with a focus on quality and locally sourced ingredients;
- You'll oversee quality, efficiency, purchasing, stock management, and financial performance;
- You'll actively contribute to the hotel's continued development and have the freedom to bring your culinary vision to life.
