Salary: S Salary: Salary Scale D (Point 20-26) - £32,597 (pro rata £29,319) - £37,280 (pro rata £33,531) depending on experience.
Contact: 3 Contract: 37 hours a week (Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30 - 4.00pm), 41 weeks per year (including inset days)
Start date: 1st September 2026 (Opportunity for handover available)

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and co-ordinating a team of Year TutorsPromoting positive behaviour and excellent attendance of all students within a specified year groupCo-ordinating a case load of students who are vulnerable to not making the required amount of progressEnsuring student progress through effective discipline, conduct, monitoring, target setting and interventionResponsibility for maintaining high standards of behaviour, uniform, attendance and puntualityDeveloping effective working partnerships with teachers, parents, senior leadership, outside agencies All candidates applying must possess 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at either Grade 4/C or above.
