Is able to teach all pupils effectively demonstrating thorough understanding of curriculum progression and teaching approaches for all children
Can build positive and trusting relationships with children and families
Can create inclusive and inspiring classroom environments
Are committed to the provision of enhanced personal development opportunities for pupils
Have high expectations for all children
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, both within the academy and across the trust
Are motivated to continue developing their professional practice
