- Over de functieAs a Warehouse Team Leader, your day revolves around guiding and supporting your warehouse team.
- You’ll focus on improving team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- With a strong emphasis on LEAN principles, you’ll coordinate daily activities, manage staff deployment, and ensure all tasks run efficiently.
- You’ll be based in a busy warehouse, working two shifts (5:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:15 PM–11:15 PM).
- Coach, guide, and motivate employees with attention to LEAN working
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities, intervening when needed
- Ensure optimal staff utilization and flexibility
- Plan and execute internal logistics for inbound and outbound using WMS
- Resolve operational issues and provide clear instructions
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and oversee compliance with safety and company standards
- Take part in the emergency response team structure You’ll work full time, alternating between early and late shifts, with weekends off.
