We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is an excellent Teaching Assistant and has high expectations in terms of children’s achievement and behaviour, to support a child with Autism. EYFS experience is also desirable.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
Is a practising Catholic or supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school Is warm, friendly and empathetic Has excellent English, maths and communication skills Has a good understanding of autism Is proactive in improving their practice to support children with SEND Understands how individual children learn to ensure rapid progress Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour Works effectively as part of a skilled team including outside agencies Is a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible teaching assistant.
