HRHelp ZZP Remote/onsite About This Role At HRhelp we support international companies with everything HR in the Netherlands, and we are looking for a freelance HR support consultant to join our pool of associates. The work is the transactional side of HR: drafting and issuing employment contracts and addenda, onboarding and offboarding, keeping personnel files and the HRIS accurate, preparing the monthly payroll input, registering leave and absence in line with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter, and handling the day-to-day questions that come from employees and managers. It is detailed work, and the people who enjoy it are the ones who take satisfaction in getting it right the first time.
We work for clients who are often headquartered abroad and building or running a Dutch entity, so you will need a solid grasp of Dutch employment practice and the confidence to explain it in English. Most of the work can be done remotely, but we expect you to be on site with the client when it matters: the first weeks of an assignment, a payroll cut-off, a file that needs sorting out in person. Assignments typically run for several months and we ask for a minimum availability of sixteen hours per week.
