About this role
For our client Brewery Bavaria, we are looking for motivated machine operators who are ready to work in a 3-shift system. Do you already have experience in production or logistics and want to take the next step in your career? Or are you completely new but eager to learn a skilled trade? In both cases, we’d love to meet you!
- As a machine operator in Bavaria’s bottling plant, every shift begins with a short team meeting where you and your colleagues discuss the latest updates: ongoing orders, open tasks, and any technical issues.
- After that, you head to your workstation for a dynamic and varied workday.
- Your tasks include:- Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions- Rebuilding machines together with colleagues- Performing maintenance work- Refilling cardboard and plastic supplies- Carrying out quality checks. - And, of course, keeping your workplace clean and safeNew to the job?
No problem! You’ll receive thorough training from your team leader and experienced instructors. Most roles have a 4-week onboarding program to get you fully up to speed with the bottling plant and its machinery.
- Shift schedule:- Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00- Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00- Full-time available in 3 shifts;- Good command of Dutch and/or English;- Experience in production or eager to learn.
