What are you going to do?
As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for one specific step within the production process of advanced MEMS chips. You will follow detailed work instructions and perform your tasks in a cleanroom environment, where hygiene, accuracy, and quality are essential. Technical aptitude is important, but you will receive thorough training and guidance for every process step.
This position is offered in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts) and provides the opportunity for a permanent contract after approximately six months.
Your Responsibilities:- Perform a dedicated process step within the production process- Work according to strict cleanroom procedures and quality standards- Follow technical work instructions accurately- Identify and report deviations or irregularities- Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors- Maintain accurate production records and documentation- Work in a 2-shift schedule:- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30- Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00What do we offer?- Gross monthly salary of €3,359.36 based on a 40-hour workweek- 8% holiday allowance- 25 vacation days per year- 13.3% shift allowance on top of your salary- Pension accrual starting from your first working day- Access to the Adecco Academy, offering more than 150 online training courses- Opportunity to secure a permanent contract after approximately six monthsWhere will you work?
