About this role
- As a Production Employee, you'll work in a small, close-knit team where everyone helps each other.
- Together, you'll prepare popular food products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs.
- Your daily tasks include:- Preparing and producing meat products following recipes- Operating and monitoring production equipment- Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards- Learning different production techniques- Working as a Grill Master every 2–3 weeks, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PMMost of the time, you'll work during the day.
- Every few weeks, you'll switch to an evening shift to take care of the grilled products.
- You don't need previous production experience.
- Whether you've worked in logistics, hospitality, retail or somewhere else, we'd love to meet you!- You're motivated and enjoy working with your hands- You like being part of a team- You work carefully and pay attention to quality- You're comfortable working an evening shift occasionally- You're willing to learn new skills
