For a modern and growing high-tech company in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Foam Assembly Employee who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.As a Foam Assembly Employee, you will be responsible for independently assembling foam parts within the Foam department. You play a key role in ensuring the quality and precision of products used in high-tech applications. You will work under the supervision of the Shift Leader Foam and collaborate closely with your team. Key Responsibilities- Assembling foam parts using tools and/or machines- Working based on technical drawings and specified dimensions- Checking and monitoring product quality and measurements- Correct and safe use of tools and equipment- Operating foam and plastic processing tools (such as heat tools)- Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE)- VMBO+ working and thinking level- Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings- Accurate and quality-oriented working style- Team player with a proactive attitude- Comfortable working with tools and light machinery
