About this role
Do you have a technical background and enjoy working with CNC machines in a modern manufacturing environment? As a CNC Operator, you will produce precision metal components and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards. You will earn €3.100 to €3.200 gross per month, excluding a 20% shift allowance, and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with an international manufacturing company.
What are you going to do?
- As a CNC Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
- You will operate modern machinery used to manufacture metal components, including screws and bolts for the construction industry.
- From setting up machines to monitoring production quality, you will use your technical skills to ensure that products meet the required specifications.
- Your responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture metal components;- Monitor the production process and make adjustments when necessary;- Inspect products for dimensional accuracy, quality, and defects;- Identify and resolve machine issues and production deviations;- Perform quality checks and record production data;- Follow all applicable safety procedures and quality standards.
- You will work full-time in a three-shift system with the following working hours:- Morning shift: 06:00–14:00;- Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00–22:00;- Night shift: 22:00–06:00.What do we offer?- A gross monthly salary of €3.100 to €3.200, excluding a 20% shift allowance;- 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday allowance;- Pension contributions starting on your first working day;- A full-time position with the prospect of long-term employment;- Opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through the Adecco Academy.
