- Als financieel projectadministrateur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en financiële beheersing van projecten en van de vereniging.
- Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare, inzichtelijke vastlegging van projectgegevens, bewaakt deadlines en subsidievoorwaarden.
- Ensuring accurate and timely project and financial record-keeping
- Monitoring internal and external deadlines and grant requirements
- Support with budget monitoring and project oversight
- Working with Exact and Excel for Reporting (project reports, periodic reports)
- Preparing the Annual Financial Statements
- Identifying Financial Anomalies
- Support with Billing and Invoice Processing
- Collaborating with project managers, senior leadership, and the executive assistant
