Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.For our client in Eindhoven, we are looking for an Interim Outbound Logistics Specialist for an assignment of approximately 2 to 3 months.
In this role, you will support an existing logistics team and help ensure that daily outbound operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What will you do?
- As an Outbound Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing outbound logistics activities.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. - Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00;Your responsibilities include:- Coordinating outbound logistics activities, including shipment planning, order verification, and delivery tracking;- Collaborating with European sales teams to plan and coordinate customer shipments;- Working closely with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely dispatch of goods;- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively communicating updates to internal stakeholders and customers;- Supporting return processes and RMA-related activities;- Executing ERP transactions related to receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and material transfers;- Ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence throughout the supply chain;- Helping reduce workload pressure within the existing logistics team.
You are an independent and analytical logistics professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.In addition, you have:- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain position;- Mandator
