As a Service Lab Operator , you will work in a specialized laboratory environment supporting the qualification of advanced high-tech systems. You will be responsible for processing and measuring wafers and ensuring that they are available on time and meet the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Processing wafers through coating, developing, cleaning and measurement processes.
- Ensuring the quality, quantity and availability of wafers.
- Processing service requests and managing priorities.
- Monitoring and adjusting process and equipment performance.
- Performing quality, safety and process checks according to established procedures.
- Recording completed activities accurately in the relevant systems.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are available.
- Identifying deviations and escalating issues to the appropriate support team.
- Contributing ideas for process and product improvements .
- Working closely with technicians, engineers and other internal departments.
- Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment according to 5S+1 principles.
You will work in a 5-shift operation , helping to ensure that the Service Lab and its equipment remain available around the clock.
