- Job Purpose and Impact The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for maximizing plant reliability, equipment availability, and operational performance through effective maintenance and reliability programs.

- The role leads maintenance planning, asset integrity, continuous improvement, and health & safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
