- The Role As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of the team that finds and attracts top talent.

What you'll do
- Scheduling and coordination: You'll book candidates for interviews in our applicant tracking system Teamtailor, coordinating and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Creative sourcing strategies: You'll explore unconventional channels and use a mix of tools and techniques to identify top candidates that others might miss. You'll own the sourcing strategy for your own vacancies!
- Screening and selection: You'll review applications, prioritize candidates, and make the call on who moves forward.
- Conducting prescreens: You'll conduct phone screenings with candidates to explore motivation, communication, and cultural fit, not just shadowing, but owning these conversations
