- Within a fast-growing and international logistics environment, you will have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and take on more responsibility step by step.As a (junior) Warehouse Team Leader, you will work alongside an experienced team and supervise a group of 10 to 12 employees.
- You will be visibly present on the work floor, supporting the daily coordination of operations.
- You work closely with the Supervisor and be given the space to grow in your role.
- Your responsibilities include:- Supporting the supervision and guidance of warehouse employees;- Working on the floor to ensure smooth daily operations;- Identifying operational bottlenecks and discussing them with your manager;- Contributing to the improvement of work processes;- Monitoring basic safety and quality regulations;- Working with simple reports and developing basic Excel skills.We are primarily looking for someone with the right motivation and ambition to grow into a leadership role within logistics.
- In addition, you have:- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment;- Interest in supervising or guiding colleagues;- Good command of the English language (required);- Basic knowledge of Excel or willingness to learn;- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude;- Availability to work full-time in a two-shift system.
