As a Shift Leader Service, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department. You divide the workload, monitor progress, and support employees with day-to-day questions and issues. You also ensure that all work is carried out according to established quality and safety standards.
What will you be doing?
- Assigning and coordinating daily tasks.
- Supporting employees on the shop floor.
- Monitoring quality, safety, and production targets.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure work flows smoothly
- Managing shift handovers and required administrative tasks.
- In addition, you play an important role in onboarding and developing employees What do you bring to the role?
- You enjoy helping and mentoring your coworkers.
- You can maintain a clear overview and aren't afraid to take on responsibility.
- You work meticulously and have an eye for quality and safety.
- You enjoy learning the 6S method and putting it into practice on the shop floor.
- Experience in production, logistics, or technical environment.
- You have a good command of spoken and written English.
