As a Pricing Analyst at Sendcloud, you will help us make smarter, data-driven pricing decisions across both our transactional and SaaS businesses. You will be part of Sendcloud's Pricing team, working closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Product and other parts of the business. You will contribute to larger strategic pricing initiatives while independently owning your own analyses and pricing topics.
The Role
- Own end-to-end analyses and pricing topics, from identifying an opportunity through to implementation and measuring the impact.
- Use data to understand how we make money, identify opportunities to improve pricing and profitability, and translate these into concrete actions.
- Cover a broad range of pricing topics, including carrier and country profitability, competitor benchmarking, transactional and SaaS pricing, surcharges and value-added services, and margin monitoring.
- Support Commercial teams with complex pricing questions and business cases, and be proactive in identifying margin leakage and opportunities for improvement.
