What you will do
You support Dutch customers with: SIM activation & mobile data setup Internet troubleshooting TV box installation General questions about mobile, internet & TV Light sales (cross/upsell) — full training provided No previous experience needed — just motivation and good communication skills. Hybrid Work After 2 weeks training. Choose your contract: Full-time or Part-time You decide your weekly hours: 39 hours/week36 hours/week34 hours/week32 hours/week Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 · Weekends 09:00–17:30You work 5 days/week + 2 weekends/month. Monthly Salary (Gross) 39h
