Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Assistant with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will take pride in high standards, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a practical, hands‑on approach to their work. From supporting daily site operations to helping ensure our buildings and grounds are secure, functional, and welcoming, this role plays a key part in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
Good English and Maths skills, preferably to GCSE Grade 3 minimum or equivalentExperience working in a maintenance environmentBasic ICT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to cope with a diverse range of duties and responsibilities, some of which will require non-standard attendance patterns
