Job Description
CROSSFLOW AIRCONDITIONING LIMITED is seeking a General and Operations Manager responsible for the overall management of the company, defining and implementing strategies, managing resources and monitoring business performance.
Main Duties
Define and implement the company’s strategies, objectives and management processes; Manage the different areas of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives; Manage the company’s budgets, costs and resources; Analyse business performance and define actions to improve results; Develop and implement management processes aimed at improving the company’s efficiency and growth; Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers and employees; Plan and manage the resources required for business development; Prepare and manage performance and results reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
2 years of experience in business management or a related area; Knowledge of process management, resource management and planning; Leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
