Hartleys Restaurant in Dun Laoghaire are looking for a Commis Chef with minimum 2 years experience in similar establishments. The role involves the preparation and service of our range of high-end International dishes. Full training to our menu will be provided. The Restaurant is located at Dun Laoghaire Harbour, approx 15 km south of Dublin City Centre.
