Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (2-year contract) Salary:€36,605 per annum (based on a 39-hour working week) KYT Limited t/a Chan's Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese cuisine, to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate should be creative, reliable, and a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting with seasonal menu development, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing stock and inventory, and minimising food waste.
- Applicants must have at least two years of relevant experience working as a chef or in a professional kitchen.
- A recognised culinary qualification is preferred.
