- Location: Clondalkin, Dublin Salary: €50,000 per annum plus Sodexo benefits Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, Full Time Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring all work meets client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and spot checks to maintain compliance and ensure the site remains audit-ready.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, health and safety, COSHH and all relevant statutory and client procedures.
- Lead, motivate, train and develop team members, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Manage staff schedules, holidays, payroll administration and personnel records.
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, cleaning materials and stock levels, minimising waste and maintaining cost control.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, training records and electronic systems.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service.
- Deputise for the Cleaning Manager when required.
- What We’re Looking For Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a GMP or cleanroom environment.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of cleaning operations, compliance standards and safe systems of work.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of budget management, stock control and administrative processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A proactive, practical approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve problems effectively.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
