This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently delivered. As a supervisor, you will take ownership of service delivery, support and guide your team, and ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services Ensure all areas, including offices, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and washrooms, are maintained to a professional corporate standard Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of daily and periodic cleaning schedules Conduct regular quality checks and audits, addressing any issues promptly Act as the first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shift Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including safe use of equipment and materials Support with training, onboarding, and development of team members Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any requirements Complete shift handovers, records, and incident reports accurately
