• Responsibility for economy, management and action on behalf of the company• Responsibility for performance and achievement of defined financial plan• Controlling compliance of processes within the company• Setting up short-term and long-term strategies of the company• Suggesting and approving new profit opportunities• Representing the company in important business discussions and negotiations• Communicating with senior management members and other departments• Preparation and submission of reports to parent company on regular basis
