Main duties of the job This role involves working as a PCN Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist at Operose Health, located at Carpenters Practice. The position is temporary and serves as maternity cover requiring 22.50 hours across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The pharmacist will be responsible for prescribing, conducting online and phone triage, managing minor illnesses, and offering long-term care advice. Contributing to safe clinical decisions, they will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, focusing on innovation and high satisfaction levels among staff and patients. Ideal candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have an independent prescribing qualification. Prior experience in general practice is desirable. Qualifications Essential

Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification.
