Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the ophthalmology clinic Assist in patient assessments and procedures Operate advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, including: OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) Visual Field Analyzer Pentacam Biometry devices Prepare patients for examinations and treatments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure excellent patient care standards

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.

Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for eye care? We are seeking a highly motivated Ophthalmology Nurse to join our dynamic hospital team and support our busy ophthalmology clinic.
As part of our specialist eye care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting ophthalmologists, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
