Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Main duties of the job This role requires the ability to create a stimulating environment in a care home setting as a Bank Activities Coordinator. You will be responsible for devising imaginative and motivational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. A significant part of the responsibility involves getting to know the residents and their families to maximize their wellbeing, independence, and engagement. The role is casual and part-time offering flexible working hours, often to cover for leave. While experience is beneficial, it isnt mandatory as training will be provided to help develop the necessary skills.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Warm, empathetic, and personable nature with good organizational skills and a driven mindset. Experience in similar roles is ideal but not essential.
