Main duties of the job This role requires the ability to create a stimulating environment in a care home setting as a Bank Activities Coordinator. You will be responsible for devising imaginative and motivational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. A significant part of the responsibility involves getting to know the residents and their families to maximize their wellbeing, independence, and engagement. The role is casual and part-time offering flexible working hours, often to cover for leave. While experience is beneficial, it isnt mandatory as training will be provided to help develop the necessary skills.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Qualifications Essential
Warm, empathetic, and personable nature with good organizational skills and a driven mindset. Experience in similar roles is ideal but not essential.
