We are looking for an outstanding Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others.
You'll be working part time, 24 hours per week (6 hours a day over 4 days), at Hollyhurst, helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care. Working hours to be discussed at interview.
Hollyhurst is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Darlington, County Durham. The specialist MDT led team support people who have additional mental or physical health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Your Day-to-Day
Provide a cleaning and general housekeeping serviceEnsure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimesReplenish stock & ensure that equipment is clean & well maintainedEmploy safe working practices and adhere to health & safety proceduresComply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
You are...
Experienced in housekeeping or domestic workKnowledgeable of COSHHFriendly, conscientious & have a positive attitudeA good communicator
