Job summary

How would you like to work as part of a high performing Health Visiting Service in the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire? There is currently an exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting team based in Marlow.

We support Champions in areas such as - Breastfeeding, Solihull Approach, Domestic Abuse, Perinatal Mental Health and CONI. The Health Visiting service has successfully achieved BFI stage 3 accreditation and we are proud to offer a high standard of breastfeeding support to our families.

Main duties of the job

You will be leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a team that includes Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses with support from experienced Locality Leads.

Education, Qualifications & Training Essential

RGN Level 1 Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Health Visiting - Cert/Diploma/Degree Leadership training Nurse Prescribing Qualification

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Essential

Can demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills ? With the ability to negotiate compromises and resolve conflict between staff amicably' ? Courteous with all customers, both internal and external' ?
