Job summary
The Deputy Associate Director of Nursing will work closely with the departments, directorate and Trust wide professional teams to support the delivery of operational performance while ensuring quality and governance are maintained to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Directorate Triumverate, with professional accountability to the Associate Director of Nursing , this role will support delivery of excellent care across the Directorate.
The Deputy Associate Director of Nursing will ensure the patient is central to this work with quality, safety and effective clinical care at the forefront.
The post holder will be an experienced Registered Nurse with clinical credibility and be visible to clinical areas. There is a requirement for the post holder to deputise for the Associate Director of Nursing as and when required.
