Jobomschrijving As Head of Food & Beverage your responsibilities are: Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality outlets and event activities. Drive commercial performance through revenue growth initiatives and cost optimisation strategies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility for the department. Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all offerings. Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Recruit, coach, and develop talent while building strong succession plans. Partner with senior management to define and execute long-term business objectives. Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership position within hospitality, hotels, premium restaurants, resorts, or lifestyle venues. Strong operational expertise managing multiple outlets and/or events activities. Demonstrated success in improving commercial performance and profitability. Experience managing budgets and full P&L responsibility. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
