About the Client You'll Be Supporting
You will be supporting a 40year old male with physical disabilities who leads an active, engaging life and is supported by an enthusiastic, welcoming team of carers.
He is looking for bright, bubbly, positive individuals who can contribute to a warm, friendly environment.
All care is delivered ondoubleup shifts, meaning you willalways work along side another carer. You will never be alone or solely responsible for the client this creates a supportive, safe, and collaborative working atmosphere, particularly for those new to complex care.
Main duties of the job
As a valued member of our team, you will deliver high quality, personalised care to individuals with complex needs. You will receive complete training and ongoing support to develop advanced skills, including:

What Youll Need
Previous care experience (complex care experience is a bonus) Current home care experience A willingness to learn and develop new clinical skills Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) A compassionate, patientfocused approach Strong communication skillshonest, clear, and trustworthy Ability to remain calm, organised, and reliable in all situations Friendly, upbeat, and able to contribute to a positive team environment Full training and clinical competency signoff will be provided.

As a Night Complex Care Support Worker, you will work alongside another experienced staff member to provide high quality, person centred care throughout the night. Together, you'll ensure the client's comfort, safety, and clinical needs are fully supported.

Current homecare experience Full UK driving licence and access to a car
