Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience Essential
Previous reception or customer facing experience in a healthcare or public setting Clerical/Administration experience including filing and or reception Previous NHS experience
Skills and Abilities Essential
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy Able to communicate clearly and act quickly in an emergency Good IT skills including Microsoft packages Tidy and methodical working practice Ability to work effectively in a busy team, adjust to change and motivate others. Ability to work independently and part of the team Confidence to handle difficult conversations with patients, relatives and carers.
Qualifications and Training Essential
Educated to GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths
