You prepare and set up conventional and CNC grinding machines for production runs. You operate grinding machines to process various materials and workpieces with precision. You read and interpret technical drawings to understand specifications and quality requirements. You perform grinding operations with accuracy and attention to quality standards. You work on varied projects rather than repetitive serial production. You learn and develop your skills through internal training opportunities provided by the company. You work in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment. You can work independently and as part of a team depending on project requirements. You have practical experience working as a grinder with conventional and/or CNC grinding machines. You can read and interpret technical drawings with good mechanical insight. You are accurate, driven, and maintain a quality-conscious work ethic. You are solution-oriented and eager to learn new techniques and processes. You can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. You can work independently and collaborate well as part of a team. You are sociable and polite in your interactions with colleagues. You are flexible and willing to work overtime when needed. You speak English.
