You will execute welding operations on metal profiles according to specifications and technical drawings You will assemble constructions through precision welding techniques You will deliver high-quality welding work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable safety standards You will work on custom projects with significant variety, where each assignment presents unique challenges You will actively contribute to team success through close collaboration with colleagues and knowledge sharing You will maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an efficient and safe working environment You have proven experience with semi-automatic or TIG welding You have strong blueprint reading skills to understand and accurately follow technical drawings You have solid knowledge of metalworking preparation and execution processes You are able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy You have a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset You have excellent communication skills and a genuine team player mentality You hold relevant welding certifications or are willing to obtain them to meet required qualifications Knowledge of other welding techniques is an advantage You speak English at a good level and have a good working knowledge of Polish
