About this role
Define QA strategies, drive test automation, and ensure reliable software releases in collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams. Define QA strategies and risk-based testing approaches. Develop and maintain test automation for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Validate software quality, performance, reliability, and system integrations. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Coach development teams on testing best practices and continuous quality improvement. Occasionally visit customer sites to gather feedback and understand real-world use cases. Familiar with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular, REST APIs, SQL databases, and CI/CD environments.
