About this role
As a GL Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the accounting activities of one or more entities within the organization. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to smooth accounting processes. Your main responsibilities include: Performing balance sheet analyses and monthly reconciliations. Preparing and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Preparing financial reports for internal management and group reporting purposes. Monitoring and reviewing costs, accruals, and provisions. Participating in the annual budgeting process. Supporting and coordinating external audits. Working closely with the controlling department and international colleagues. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have several years of relevant experience as a GL Accountant. You have a solid understanding of balance sheet analysis, financial closings, reconciliations, and IFRS. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience with SAP is considered an advantage. You are accurate, independent, and have strong analytical skills. You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
