As an experienced professional, you will support your colleagues with your many years of knowledge, experience and expertise. Ingenieur Technical Support / Wind Energy (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility - Investigation of complex technical issues in wind turbine systems, including electrical, mechanical and control components - Coordination of troubleshooting between field teams, engineering and customers using tools such as SAP and Jira - Lead root-cause analyses with methods like FMEA or 8D-Report to identify solutions for recurring failures - Development and revision of work instructions, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation with MS Office and document management systems - Evaluation and implementation of retrofit measures in operational wind parks based on system data analysis - Interface function between engineering design teams and service operations for solution transfer into field application - Adaptation and optimization of designs for safe, reliable, economic operation - Validation of prototypes during initial rollout phases in collaboration with field technicians onsite or offshore - Management of spare parts needs identification; coordination with logistics for tooling requirements via ERP systems - Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean projects; promote compliance with LV/HV procedures and Wind Turbine Safety Rules These are your prospects for the future - Permanent employment contract - Service anniversary, marriage or birth benefits - Flexible working hours, thanks to flexitime - Flexibility with a mobile working option (depending on the customer company) - We offer special leave, nursery school allowances, long service benefits and more over and above the recommendations of the Federal Employers Association of Personnel Service Providers - Service anniversary, marriage or birth benefits - Save money with discounts, including savings on travel, electronics or cars - Network and just have fun at team events, Christmas festivities or summer parties - A wide range of training courses Das bringst du mit - Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical qualification - Knowledge in reading/evaluating electrical schematics; practical experience assessing switch cabinets - Experience in technical support, maintenance or troubleshooting complex machinery—wind industry preferred - Familiarity with root cause analysis methods (FMEA/8D), preventive/corrective maintenance practices - Offshore wind maintenance experience desirable; GWO certification advantageous - Proficiency creating/reviewing technical documents/manuals following ISO standards - Practical experience within Germany or Europe required; willingness to travel internationally/offshore as needed - Knowledge of international collaboration, Proficient English language knowledge required (French/Spanish is an advantage) Unser Team lebt von Vielfalt, von Expert:innen, die ihre unterschiedlichen Stärken für die gemeinsamen Ziele einbringen möchten.
