We are expanding our marketing team in DACH ( tender-service.de ) and looking for a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand, drive awareness, and collaborate closely with sales to support business growth. As part of our marketing team, you will manage online campaigns, optimize digital content, and analyze performance data. Your responsibilities Manage and analyze online marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Email) Create and optimize content for our website Develop communication strategies for social media Analyze website performance using GA4, Search Console, and other tools Prepare reports and track key performance metrics Collaborate with marketing colleagues across different countries Your skills & experience Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in running PPC campaigns in Google Ads Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and GA4. Content writing skills Native German language and fluent English (spoken and written) Independent and reliable Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
