- This position is covered by the GVP Collective Agreement (Tarifvertrag). The salary is based on Pay Group 8 (Entgeltgruppe 8). Your individual compensation will be determined in particular based on factors such as your qualifications and professional experience. Ihre Vorteile: - Varied and challenging role within a renowned company - Ongoing project support provided by our team - Comprehensive support throughout the entire recruitment process Ihre Aufgaben: - Develop concepts and detailed designs for roads, parking lots, logistics areas, pedestrian infrastructure and public transport facilities - Create infrastructure layouts and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D - Lead infrastructure projects and provide guidance to junior engineers, designers and external consultants - Support projects throughout the full construction lifecycle, from feasibility studies and permitting to construction support - Review and approve engineering solutions considering cost, constructability, permitting requirements and project schedules - Prepare bills of quantities (BoQs), technical reports, presentations and construction documentation - Support permit applications and coordinate with regulatory authorities - Serve as the technical interface between Operations, Manufacturing, Construction, Environmental and Facilities teams - Provide engineering support during construction, including RFI responses and field validation Ihre Qualifikationen: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on infrastructure planning and design - Infrastructure engineering experience - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Revit experience is beneficial - Experience designing roads, traffic infrastructure and underground utility systems - Knowledge of German engineering standards and regulations (DIN, FGSV, DWA, ASR, AwSV, WHG) - Experience with permitting processes and coordination with authorities - Experience in industrial, manufacturing or brownfield environments is an advantage - Ability to develop practical solutions within tight timelines and complex project constraints - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Professional English proficiency and preferably German language skills for technical documentation and authority coordination - Experience with BImSchG-regulated projects or water protection zones is a plus Über Hays: Within Construction & Property, we recruit executives and specialists in the construction and real estate industry.
