Job summary
Leeds & York Partnership NHS Trust are seeking to recruit a Domestic Assistant, on a part time basis, to join our Facilities team in providing five star cleaning services at Mill Lodge and Clifton House. Facilities are a progressive and forward thinking department looking for a self-motivated Domestic Assistant.
Main duties of the job
You will join a domestic team ensuring a clean environment in line with the Cleaning Standards for our service users, colleagues and visitors, you would be required to work 5/7 days a week, which includes working some weekends and Bank holidays. Position is 22.5 hours per week; hours vary but are between 0700 - 1900 according to rota.

The post holder is responsible for providing a high standard of domestic service to patients, staff and visitors within Clinical/Non-Clinical departments, alone or as part of a team.The Soft FM service is provided as part of the wider Estates and Facilities Directorate. The domestic Assistant works as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of cleaning in areas of high activity with frequent change. Staff must be flexible, adaptable and work to support other staff, who have clinical responsibility to service users.
