As an OH & Wellbeing Counsellor, you will play an essential part in enabling the team to deliver timely, high-quality care that makes a real difference to staff across the Trust.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with people, and contributing to a service that promotes staff wellbeing, attendance, and a positive working culture. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, gaining insight into occupational health, and wellbeing initiatives while developing valuable administrative, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Main duties of the job This role is key in supporting the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work within the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team supporting staff returning to and remaining at work by offering counselling, group support, education and signposting depending on their clinical need. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality, helping to support staff health, wellbeing, and attendance across the Trust.

Diploma level qualification in counselling Current professional registration to practice as a qualified counsellor (BACP/UKCP/NCPS) Evidence of recent/relevant CPD
