Main duties of the job This role is a flexible, part-time position located at a care home under Barchester Healthcare in Stoke on Trent. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will work on a temporary basis to provide care and support to residents, ensuring they receive quality assistance and company daily. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, ensuring residents have adequate food and drink, and supporting them based on individualized care plans.
