As a dedicated Hotel Attendant, the ideal candidate is expected to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and hygiene across all property areas. This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism and time management while executing daily housekeeping, window cleaning, and guest service duties. The successful team member should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to ensure a welcoming and immaculate environment for every guest.
Responsibilities:
• Execute daily bed-making procedures efficiently to ensure guest rooms meet luxury presentation standards and crisp aesthetic guidelines.
• Perform thorough disinfecting and sanitation protocols across high-touch surfaces, guest rooms, and common areas to maintain strict infection control standards.
• Operate various cleaning products safely and effectively while managing upholstery, furniture cleaning, and window cleaning tasks.
• Handle hotel linens with care, ensuring proper sorting, washing, and stocking for seamless room turnover.
• Maintain pristine walking surfaces throughout the facility by regularly mopping and vacuuming assigned zones.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, communicating effectively with hotel staff, and demonstrating a polished, professional demeanor at all times.
• Utilize strong time management skills to complete room refreshes and deep-cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting ability requirements to transport heavy equipment, supplies, and laundry bins safely.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Thorough knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and infection control practices within a hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of professional cleaning products, chemical safety, and proper handling procedures.
• Working knowledge of customer service principles, professional communication, and English language proficiency.
• Physical capability and endurance to meet lifting ability standards and perform continuous active duties like mopping and bed-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Possession of a valid driver's license for occasional property transport or errand-running duties.
• Prior practical background in housekeeping, detailing, or hospitality operations lasting 1-3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in time management, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving within fast-paced environments.
