About this role
Minimum of five (5) subjects, with particular emphasis on Mathematics and English.
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong sales communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Facilitate daily customer requests and manage customer interactions professionally.
Prepare quotations and assist with drafting sales contracts and agreements.
Compile and maintain accurate sales reports and related documentation.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues relating to the company’s product line.
Monitor and keep track of inventory orders.
Apply problem-solving skills and creative thinking to address operational challenges.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
